Tottenham Hotspur face a tough test this weekend in the Premier League as they face an away trip to the Etihad Stadium, arguably the hardest fixture to have at the moment.

The last time Spurs faced Man City, they managed to sit back and counter against Pep Guardiola’s men, seeing out a 2-0 victory at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

However, this time, Man City come into the match off the back of an incredible 14 game unbeaten run in the Premier League. In fact, the last team to beat City in the league was… Tottenham Hotspur.

Unfortunately, the Lilywhites have seen a drop in form of late, winning just two of their last five Premier League matches and losing the remaining three.

Spurs are eighth in the table and in desperate need of three points while Man City sit at the summit of the Premier League, showing no signs of slowing down.

We caught up with Tottenham legend and friend of The Spurs Web, Pascal Chimbonda to see what he expects to see from the clash this weekend.

The Rules

The rules are simple – We will be predicting Tottenham scores against Pascal for the entire 2020/21 season. Three points will be awarded for a perfect prediction, while a correct score will get one point.

The Predictions

Pascal – 2-1 Man City win

Spurs Web – 3-1 Man City win (The first time we have predicted a Spurs loss all season)

The Table –

Spurs Web – 27 points after 37 games (eighteen correct results, three correct scores)

Pascal – 29 points after 37 games (fourteen correct results, five correct scores)
