Harry Kane swept home the penalty to level the score, before Tanguy Ndombele tapped home a winner with Spurs running rampant against nine men.
Mourinho will certainly be hoping for a more convincing result this time around as Spurs head into the knockout tie. Extra-time and penalties are on the cards if needed.
