Opinion: Mourinho comments hint at a second season of the Tottenham documentary

The latest Amazon Prime football docu-series featuring Tottenham Hotspur has certainly been a hit among fans this summer, largely thanks to the inclusion of Jose Mourinho.

The first six episodes have already highlighted a showdown between Mourinho and Danny Rose, the sale of Christian Eriksen, the sacking of Pochettino, and much more.

However, Mourinho revealed in his press conference today that he hated the concept of the behind-the-scenes documentary at Tottenham (Charlie Eccleshare).

Despite this, the Spurs head coach also added that he would do it all over again, which seems like a strange thing to declare if he despised the entire experience.

Mourinho said: “Would I do it again? Yes, I would. Do I love it? No, I hate it. Did I watch? No, and I’m not going to do it but I think it’s very interesting for the people.”

I believe that Tottenham and Amazon have already agreed on a second season of the docu-series, with the cameras already set up and ready to go around Hotspur Way.

Amidst COVID times, this would certainly be the easiest option for Amazon, rather than setting up at a completely new club for the 2020/21 season, while Spurs could do with the extra income.

Tottenham and Amazon also announced a separate partnership deal today, in which the North London club have their very own section to the retail website.

In my opinion, all of this is pointing towards All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur Season 2.
