Opinion: Score prediction as Spurs face trip to Old Trafford vs Man United

There is surely nothing that Jose Mourinho would love more than to get one over on his old side at Old Trafford tomorrow night when Spurs face Manchester United.

Mourinho was sacked by the Red Devils almost exactly one year ago, and will be looking to prove them wrong at the helm of his new Premier League club.

United are in poor form under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, drawing their last two Premier League matches and winning just two from the last five.

Meanwhile, Spurs have won every single game under Mourinho, defeating West Ham United, Olympiacos, and Bournemouth, while scoring 10 goals in the process.

Another win would significantly boost Spurs’ hopes of catching up to the top four, with Chelsea faltering in recent weeks. An away win at a top-six rival would be invaluable for the Lilywhites.

I am predicting a 3-1 win for Spurs, with Man United taking the lead before a Harry Kane brace and Dele Alli goal wins the day for Tottenham and Mourinho.
