Opinion: Which one player we would take from each Premier League team to improve Spurs

In an ideal scenario where Tottenham had unlimited transfer funds and Daniel Levy was willing to let loose with it, which one player would we take from each Premier League team to improve Spurs?

Our aim is to keep the selections balanced between defence, midfield, and attack, while also concentrating on what Tottenham need at this moment in time.

In this scenario, head coach Jose Mourinho is in desperate need of a new defensive midfielder, goalkeeper, striker, and full-backs. Everything else is a bonus!

Liverpool – Virgin Van Dijk

Man City – Kevin De Bruyne

Leicester City – Ben Chilwell

Chelsea – N’Golo Kante

Man United – Bruno Fernandes

Wolves – Raul Jiminez

Sheffield United – Dean Henderson (technically a Manchester United player but seeing as he is part of the Sheffield squad this season, we’ll take him).

Arsenal – Bukayo Saka

Burnley – Dwight McNeil

Crystal Palace – Wilfried Zaha

Everton – Richarlison

Newcastle – Sean Longstaff

Southampton – Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg

Brighton – Lewis Dunk

West Ham United – Jarrod Bowen

Watford – Abdoulaye Doucoure

Bournemouth – Nathan Ake

Aston Villa – Jack Grealish

Norwich City – Max Aarons
