Paul Merson has now sent in his score prediction for Tottenham versus Burnley as Thomas Frank aims to make it two wins in a row.
A single win against Borussia Dortmund does not change the fact that Tottenham Hotspur have been struggling in recent weeks.
In the Premier League, Spurs have suffered back-to-back defeats and find themselves dangerously close to the relegation zone, with a ten-point gap between them and 18th-placed West Ham United.
A victory against Burnley is just as important as the win over Dortmund, with Thomas Frank running the risk of coming under increased pressure with another domestic defeat.

Paul Merson predicts Tottenham vs Burnley result
Paul Merson has now sent in his score prediction for Tottenham against Burnley, with the pundit also warning Spurs supporters not to get too excited.
The former midfielder believes Burnley can still get a result, claiming the win against Borussia Dortmund was very much expected.
Explaining his reasoning and assessing Tottenham’s recent form, Merson told Sportskeeda: “Burnley have turned a corner now. They drew with Manchester United, beat Millwall in the cup and got a point against Liverpool at Anfield.
“I know all the Tottenham fans are excited because they beat Dortmund, but the standard of the Premier League is so high and that win was expected. Should they lose back-to-back games to West Ham and Burnley, Thomas Frank will be in deep trouble.
“When you consider the teams Tottenham have faced in the Champions League this season, them being fifth in the table is not anything to write home about.
“Apart from Paris Saint-Germain, Spurs have played Villarreal, Bodo/Glimt, Monaco, Copenhagen, Slavia Prague and Dortmund. That looks like the Europa League if you count PSG out.
“I do not think anyone should get carried away by Spurs’ performances in the Champions League. Frank desperately needs a win in this game, will he get it? I do not think so. Burnley will make it difficult and that will make Tottenham nervous.”
Prediction: Burnley 1-1 Tottenham Hotspur
Spurs still searching for consistency under Frank
Spurs need to find consistency if they are to secure wins on the bounce, and they have certainly not been able to do that.
In the league, Tottenham have managed just one win in their last five games, highlighting how inconsistent they have been.
That is the reality for Spurs, and Frank must have that in mind coming into this game. He must help his players see the importance of another fast start, just like they did against Dortmund, and if they can maintain that intensity, they should be able to get another win this weekend.
