Banter: Paul Robinson calls out Spurs keeper on Twitter

Ex-Tottenham Hotspur shot stopper Paul Robinson has called out current cup keeper Paulo Gazzaniga on social media this week.

Gazzaniga featured in goal for Tottenham against both Tranmere and Chelsea in the FA Cup and Carabao Cup respectively.

The Argentine goalkeeper managed to keep a clean sheet in each of these fixtures, picking up two wins along the way too.

Many fans have been extremely impressed with the development of Gazzaniga this season, but Robbo was keen to point out what is still missing from his CV.

Robinson claimed the recent form and results surrounding Tottenham’s new Gazza was great, but he has never scored from within his own half for the club.

This is of course a witty throw back to Robinson’s sensational long-range strike against Watford during his time in a Spurs shirt.

Get your shooting boots on Gazzaniga, it’s Paul vs Paulo in the goal scoring charts!
