People realise crazy thing about Spurs drawing Man City in the Champions League

Tottenham Hotspur fans found out who they will face in the Champions League quarter finals today after the draw for the rest of the competition was conducted.

Spurs are to face off in an all English tie against Premier League leaders and holders Manchester City.

The quarter final will be played over two legs, both in April, with Spurs having their home tie first.

This game will likely be played at the new stadium which will hopefully give the fans and the team a boost as look to upset the odds.

However, there is one extremely unlikely side-note of the quarter final draw against City, and that is that Spurs were already set to play them before the draw was even made.

Man City host Spurs in the Premier League on April 20, with the two Champions League ties falling on April 9 and April 17.

This means Spurs will face City three times in just over 10 days. The odds of Spurs being scheduled to play City in the League at this time, as well as both teams making the quarters, and then getting drawn against each other are huge!
