Peter Crouch sings the praises of this Tottenham player

Tottenham Hotspur continued their great form in the fourth competition of their season on Friday, with a resounding 7-0 win away to Tranmere.

This was Spurs’ best away score line in history, and included a hat trick from Fernando Llorente, as well as a brace from right back Serge Aurier.

Harry Kane, and Heung Min Son also got their names on the score sheet, with the latter having yet another superb game in a Spurs shirt.

Ever since his brilliant solo goal against Chelsea in November, a move that earned him goal of the month, Sonny has gone from strength to strength for the Lilywhites.

Son has started 11 games, and come on as substitute in a further five for Tottenham this season, scoring eight goals and setting up five.

Unfortunately, the winger will be meeting up with his native South Korea to take part in the Asia Cup later this month, meaning he will be absent from the Tottenham dressing room for a number of matches.

Ex-Spurs man Peter Crouch has been singing Sonny’s praises (Daily Mail): “I love watching him play. He is becoming as important for Tottenham as Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli. He is such a threat and will be missed when he goes to the Asia Cup later this month.”
