Tottenham Hotspur boss, Mauricio Pochettino, had a huge part to play in the careers of many of the club’s younger stars, including Dele Alli.
Dele was bought by Tottenham during the Pochettino reign and given a chance in the first-team almost immediately after moving from MK Dons.
Since then, Alli has become a first-team regular for Spurs, made his England debut, played in a World Cup semi-final, and made a Champions League Final.
