It looks like the work on the Harry Kane mural is well underway, with some Spurs fans posting pictures of the artwork on social media.
Tottenham announced earlier this week that fans will see a mural celebrating the club’s record goalscorer on their approach to the stadium on Saturday.
The piece of artwork will commemorate the 29-year-old’s brilliant achievement of overtaking Jimmy Greaves’ record which had stood for over half a century.
The club revealed that the project has been undertaken by MurWalls and that the mural of the England captain was set to go up on Whitehall Street, opposite the West Atrium entrance of the stadium on the north-facing side of the Brown Eagle restaurant.
Some Spurs fans who have been to the area have posted pictures on social media of the mural, which is now nearly complete.
The Harry Kane mural is coming on a treat! Keep up the great work @GnasherMurals @MurWalls 👍

There also remains a possibility that Saturday’s game against Brentford could be Kane’s final home game for Tottenham, with the striker looking no closer to signing a new deal and the speculation over his future continuing to intensify (Football Insider).
Spurs Web Opinion
The mural does look quite magnificent and it is the least that Kane deserves, given the loyal service that he has given to the club over the years.
I personally do not think the chapter is over just yet as I expect the club to pull out all the stops to convince him to sign a new deal this summer.
