Photo: Kane posts selfie at pitch-side during Spurs’ training session at Ajax

Harry Kane has not kicked a ball in competitive football for Tottenham Hotspur since he suffered a significant ankle injury during the 1-0 win against Manchester City on April 9th.

The Spurs forward was left clutching his left ankle following a heavy challenge from Fabian Delph in the second half which saw Kane having to be helped to the changing room.

No doubt it has been frustrating for Kane to have to sit and watch his teammates play while he continues his rehabilitation. However, the 25-year-old has shown his support for the club by travelling with the rest of the squad to Amsterdam ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League semi final second leg clash with Ajax.

Kane Tweeted a photo of himself along with Davinson Sanchez from pitchside at the Johan Cryuff Arena earlier this evening while the Spurs players were in the middle of a training session at the venue where they will take to the field tomorrow.

Spurs fans will be hoping that the players can make history and overturn the 1-0 loss from the first leg to book their place in the Champions League final for the first time.
