Daniel Levy and Mauricio Pochettino have been spotted arriving at the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium this evening.

The pair were pictured along with members of Pochettino’s backroom staff including assistant manager Jesus Perez, first team coach Miguel D’Agostino and goalkeeping coach Toni Jimenez.

The reason of why both our manager and chairman are at the 62,062 capacity seater stadium this evening is unknown.

Earlier this week, iconic Golden Cockerel arrived at the ground and is now sitting proudly on top of the 17,500 single tier South Stand.

The new replica version stands at approximately 4.5m tall and is nearly double the height of the original, whias was first seen atop White Hart Lane’s West Stand in 1909.

Tottenham fans will hopefully see it as an encouraging sign that such key figures have visited the stadium which is set to open next year.

A further update on the progress of the stadium is expected to be released by the club early next month.
