Tottenham Hotspur’s various international stars have now travelled to join up with their sides, including Harry Kane, Danny Rose, and Harry Winks for England.

However, one man who remains outside the Brazil squad and inside the Spurs training ground is one Lucas Moura.

Moura has once again been used sparingly this season by manager Mauricio Pochettino, something that has frustrated a select group of fans.

The forward was given just five minutes of normal time to help turn the game around against Sheffield United last weekend, for example.

However, it doesn’t seem to be denting Moura’s spirit, as he tweeted a message to his fans from the training ground today:

Have something to tell us about this article?

  1. He was disappointing against Everton, but he deserves far more opportunities. Starting with the Champions League Final snub last year, unsure why Poch treats him so poorly. As he got us there, pretty much single handedly. With Kane not quite on it or getting good enough service, we are relying on the likes of Son and Moura, to produce something for nothing, while the team are playing so sh8t. I’m not angry with Pochettino or want him to go, but he needs to change some things he is doing this year. Changing the team so often. Making odd substitutions so late in games. When 1-0 up on Saturday, bringing Foyth on was only going to make us retreat and defend more. Had he made a positive change, like Moura, we might have got a second goal and won the game. Leaving Dier on, on a yellow and with his awful passing, was another odd decision.
