Tottenham Hotspur starlet, Troy Parrott, has been on the fringes of the first team for some time now, travelling and training with the senior squad.
He even made his full debut in the League Cup against Colchester this season after impressing on the pre-season tour of Asia.
Some fans now believe that Parrott’s socks hint towards an increased first-team role under Mourinho.
Tottenham’s youth players wear black socks in training, even when they are called up to work with the first-team. Only when you are a fully-fledged first-team player are you given the white socks.
New photos now show Parrott in those very socks for the first time and it has got some fans rather excited.

Once you’re a fully fledged first team member you get the white socks. Poch kept Skipp, Tanganga and Parrott in the black youth socks. Despite Skipp making 12 first team appearances last season.

Does this mean he’s no longer trapped in the Poch training circle?
