Tottenham Hotspur’s social media team have this morning teased supporters with what appears to be a pre-announcement to the signing of Richarlison.
A photo appeared on the club’s official Twitter platform of the cockerel which sits proudly above the single-tier south stand at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with a pigeon perched on its head.
Brazilian striker Richarlison is known to perform a pigeon dance celebration after finding the back of the net (Telegraph).
The Athletic reported late last night that Tottenham have completed the transfer of the 25-year-old forward which will see him leave Everton in a deal worth up to £60 million.
The former Watford player is said to have signed a five-year contract with Antonio Conte’s side and will add extra firepower to an already impressive attacking armoury which includes Harry Kane, Heung-min Son, Dejan Kulusevski and Lucas Moura.

It looks like it could be a busy few days ahead for them with Djed Spence and Clement Lenglet also tipped to secure moves to N17 ahead of Monday.
