Photo: Spurs tourist bumps into the club’s most important man at unexpected location

A Tottenham Hotspur fan who was visiting London for the first time had a surprise encounter with the most powerful man at the club earlier today.

New Yorker Max Berger stepped foot on the London Underground for the first time in his life and found himself standing next to Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.

The Spurs supremo was good enough to pose for a photo with the supporter and no doubt is in the midst of helping Mauricio Pochettino to strengthen the squad ahead of next season.

Levy is known for being a shrewd operator in the transfer market and it appears as if he’s just as thrifty in his personal life rather than driving around the capital in luxury.

Berger also revealed that Levy seemed to be a bit embarrassed to be asked to have his photo taken.
