Photo: Spurs transfer target seen arriving at new club

One transfer involving Tottenham Hotspur was today put to bed six months after the rumours started to surface.

During the January transfer window, Spurs were heavily linked with a move for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot (Le10Sport).

Earlier today, the official Juventus Twitter account posted a photo of Rabiot in the back of a car with his thumb up along with a caption of ‘Adrian Rabiot has arrived in Turin!’.

Rabiot fell down the pecking order at PSG and struggled for first team football last season. He will join the Italian giants on a free transfer following the expiry of his contract, today.

PSG coach Thomas Tuchel refused to pick Rabiot from December last year after it became clear he was not willing to extend his stay at the club.

Juventus had also been linked with a move for Spurs transfer target Tanguy Ndombele and fans will certainly hope that the capture of Rabiot will only increase the chances of the Lyon midfielder moving to North London (Eurosport).
