Sergio Reguilon has taken to his Instagram story today to reveal that he is one of the players who have reported back for pre-season training at Hotspur Way.
The left-back was not involved in any international football during the post-season after being overlooked by Luis Garcia for Spain’s Euro 2020 squad and has instead been back in his homeland to recuperate ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
Reguilon will today be put through his paces by the new look coaching set-up in North London which is headed by Nuno Espirito Santo.
Football.London claimed last week that at present, there is no indication that Real Madrid are interesting in bringing him back to the club as part of a buyback agreement which is valid for this summer and the next, with Spurs profiting to the tune of £15million.
