Tottenham Hotspur will look to remain in all four competitions as they take on Tranmere tomorrow night.
Spurs are flying high in the Premier League, Carabao Cup, and Champions League so far this season, and will want to best position themselves to bring home a trophy or two this year.
Spurs have been crippled by injury since the very start of the season, and still have a lengthy list of absentees.
However, there is positive news on just about all of them today, as Spurs released a team news update.
Erik Lamela returned to training yesterday, recovering from a thigh injury. However, he is unavailable for the FA Cup game due to illness.
Eric Dier has entered on-field reconditioning after surgery to remove his appendix, and Victor Wanyama continues outdoor rehabilitation.
Jan Vertonghen and Mousa Dembele have both returned to training with the squad, although they are unavailable for this game.
Looks plenty on the way back for Tottenham in January though.
