Tottenham Hotspur are through to their first final under Jose Mourinho after defeating Brentford 2-0 in North London last night.
Moussa Sissoko opened the scoring early on in the match as he charged between the Brentford centre-backs and headed home a pin-point Sergio Reguilon cross.
To be fair to the Championship side, they remained in the tie for the vast majority of the 90 minutes, even equalising on the 60th minute before VAR ruled it out for offisde.
However, just 11 minutes later, a superb piece of link-up play with Harry Kane, Tanguy Ndombele, and Heung-min Son saw the South Korean race through one-on-one.
Sonny made no mistake as he sat the keeper down and lashed it home down the middle, all but sealing the result on the night.
Brentford went down to 10 men when Josh Dasilva showed his studs against Hojbjerg on the 84th minute, ending the match on a sour note.
Some Spurs fans took to Twitter to react to the upcoming final appearance at Wembley.
Just please win the cup
