Poch reveals this player may be back for Barca game

Tottenham Hotspur will need all the help they can get when it comes to qualifying for the Champions League knockouts this season.

Spurs need to match any result Inter Milan get against PSV in order to qualify.

As PSV have already cemented their position at the bottom of the group, it is extremely unlikely that they will put up much of a fight against the Italians.

Spurs must therefore go to the Camp Nou and come away with a famous victory.

Much like PSV, Barcelona have already sealed their fate, but at the top of the table.

Pochettino will be hoping that the Spaniards decide to field a weakened side in order to concentrate on the League.

The Spurs gaffer also revealed that Erik Lamela will rejoin the team training sessions in the next couple of days.

He also said that his fellow Argentine may be available for the crunch match on Tuesday.

Football London report Poch said: “Yes, but Erik I think tomorrow or after tomorrow will again be with the group training and maybe available for Tuesday to be selected.

“One thing we need to understand with Lamela is that he suffered a massive problem, remember it was more than one year out. He had two surgeries and he needed time. This is a small problem, a tiny problem, but in this competition in England to compete is so tough.

“I think only he needs to be consistent. The most important thing is it wasn’t a big issue and he’s nearly ready to be able to compete again.”
