Pochettino answers which trophy he is most confident of winning

Tottenham Hotspur take of Chelsea in the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi final this evening, heading into the tie 1-0 up on aggregate.

A draw or a win would be enough to take Spurs through to the final, where they will face the Premier League title holders Manchester City.

However, Tottenham are without Harry Kane, Dele Alli, and Heung Min Son for the game, perhaps their three biggest threats to goal.

Pochettino will also have one eye on the FA Cup fourth round clash against Crystal Palace at the weekend, as Spurs home to continue fighting on four fronts this season.

Tottenham are still third in the Premier League, and are also in the knockouts of the Champions League, although their hopes of winning these competitions are realistically a lot slimmer.

Pochettino was asked which competition he thought brought the bets chance of a trophy, and naturally, the Tottenham gaffer hinted that the answer was the Carabao Cup, as they were so close to the final.

Poch said (Football London): “We are close to achieving the final. Then it’s the FA Cup, Champions League and Premier League. Of course always our priority is the next game and tomorrow is our priority for sure.”
