Pochettino on whether Kane could move to Barca

Tottenham Hotspur take on one of the biggest teams in Europe tomorrow night, at one of the biggest stadiums to boot.

Spurs will likely have to pick up all three points at the Camp Nou to secure a safe path into the next round of the Champions League.

Inter Milan are also searching for that final knockouts spot, as they take on bottom of the group PSV.

Spurs will be praying that PSV take some points off the Italians, but as they have already cemented a position at the base of the table, this seems unlikely.

Tottenham’s Harry Kane has been linked with a big-money move to Barcelona this week (Daily Star), but that will be far from his mind as he looks to fire his side into second place in the group.

Pochettino was asked to comment on the transfer rumours in his press conference, and suggested that Harry Kane may be above moving for the big money.

Poch said (Football London):  “I don’t like to talk about rumours. It doesn’t benefit anyone. We have seen that many teams in the Premier League or La Liga have the financial capacity to steal a star. Ronaldo from United, Coutinho from Liverpool. It will happen again in the future but it’s not only about the financial side, it’s about the player’s aspirations.”
