Pochettino reveals the strange thing Levy asked him to do

Tottenham Hotspur will not be moving into their new stadium until 2019, but boy is it going to be something when they do.

The latest footage of the state of the art ground will give fans goosebumps, with the 62,000 seats, pitch, goal posts, golden cockerel, lighting and the sound system all in place.

You can almost imagine the famous Champions League nights under the lights already.

However, fans will have to do exactly that for a little bit longer, as the ground will not be ready until some time in the new year.

Spurs are flying high in the Premier League despite this uncertainty though, taking their best ever points haul from the opening 12 games.

Pochettino has done a superb job since taking over as Tottenham boss, qualifying for Champions League for the past three consecutive seasons.

All Spurs need now is some silverware and a couple of star new players to take into the new stadium when they finally move.

Pochettino revealed one strange request from Daniel Levy this week, as it turns out the Spurs chairman asked Poch for input on the stadium design.

The Mirror report Poch confirmed: “It is strange that Daniel asked for some details like this because he is the architect and he loves this kind of thing.

“But yes, he asked, because we are the professionals and afterwards we are going to be using those different things at the stadium.”
