Positive news on the injury front as trio could return ahead of West Ham clash

Tottenham have been severely struggling on the injury front of late, with a number of first team stars suffering from various knocks.

Currently, Jan Vertonghen, Mousa Dembele, Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen, Danny Rose, Luke Amos and Vincent Janssen are all facing time on the side lines.

This week of internationals hasn’t exactly done Pochettino’s men the world of good, with Danny Rose pulling out of the England squad with a groin strain, and Victor Wanyama picking up a knock on duty for Kenya.

However, the powerful Wanyama will be fit and available for the trip to West Ham this weekend following his minor injury.

Wanyama scored from the spot as Kenya qualified for the African Cup of Nations for the first time in 15 years.

The national hero then limped off injured, but The Evening Standard report the midfield man will be able to play against the Hammers.

They also claim Christian Eriksen and Mousa Dembele could return to action.
