Tottenham Hotspur take on Colchester tomorrow night in the Carabao Cup as they bid to get an away win on the board.

Pochettino has already revealed that he will ring the changes and play a mixture of youth and first team in the cup clash. He claims that the youngsters need opportunities to break into the first team.

Here is my predicted XI for the match:

I believe that Paulo Gazzaniga will retain his spot in the starting line up despite his dodgy display against Leicester City.

Kyle Walker-Peters and Ben Davies return to the full-back positions, while Japhet Tanganga and Juan Foyth earn their first starts of the season.

Oliver Skipp is also handed his first start, along with Victor Wanyama and Eric Dier in a midfield three.

Dele Alli and Lucas Moura return to the XI, boasting an experienced front line, alongside the up-and-coming Troy Parrott who leads the line.
