Predicted Tottenham XI to face Liverpool – Postecoglou makes two changes

Tottenham Hotspur face a tough away trip to Anfield this weekend in the Premier League as they look to at least finish the season on a high following three straight defeats.

We believe that Guglielmo Vicario will remain between the sticks for the Lilywhites as we come towards the end of what has been an impressive debut season for the Italian.

Emerson Royal gets the nod again at left-back despite struggling against Chelsea, with Ange Postecoglou having few other options – short of moving Micky Van de Ven out left and bringing in Radu Dragusin.

Van de Ven remains in the middle alongside the in-form Cristian Romero, while Pedro Porro continues to occupy the right-back position in Tottenham’s back four.

Yves Bissouma retains his role in the pivot position, but is perhaps lucky to do so. Rodrigo Bentancur replaces Pape Matar Sarr on the right side of midfield after the youngster struggled against Chelsea.

James Maddison returns to the starting XI after he was benched against the Blues, with Dejan Kulusevski dropping to the bench again. Brennan Johnson and Heung-min Son occupy the wings, with Richarlison leading the line once again.
