Predicted Tottenham XI to start against Everton in Stellini’s first game in charge

Tottenham Hotspur face an away trip to Everton this week in the Premier League as they look to earn another three points in the race for the top four.

It was an eventful international break with Antonio Conte leaving, Cristian Stellini being named interim manager, and Fabio Paratici stepping down, but now normal football service resumes.

We believe that Hugo Lloris will return to the starting XI against the Toffees, although there will be pressure on him from the fans after Fraser Forster performed so admirably in recent weeks.

The rest of the team is essentially a case of picking the only fit first-team options. Pedro Porro and Ivan Perisic are the only fit right and left-sided wing-backs respectively, so they start.

In the centre of defence, Eric Dier, Cristian Romero, and Clement Lenglet remain in their usual positions, with Davinson Sanchez and Japhet Tanganga seeming too much of a gamble.

In midfield, Oliver Skipp will look to continue his fine form, while Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg will want to become an attacking threat in the final third once again.

Dejan Kulusevski and Heung-min Son start in the wide positions, with Harry Kane up front. However, we expect Arnaut Danjuma and Lucas Moura to get more than five minutes off the bench.
