Predicted Tottenham XI to start against Man United in Premier League restart

Tottenham Hotspur are now just two weeks away from their first match back in the Premier League, a tough clash with Manchester United.

We believe that Jose Mourinho will opt for a back four of Ben Davies, Eric Dier, Toby Alderweireld, and Serge Aurier.

The Special One seems rather keen on Aurier, Davies, and Dier, while Alderweireld has been a near ever-present this season. Tanganga and Sanchez will likely be used in rotation and given bigger roles next season.

In holding midfield, Moussa Sissoko returns to finally give the Lilywhites some solidity. Lo Celso partners him to add a deep creative spark, while Winks sits out due to his yellow card situation.

It looks as if Tanguy Ndombele will have to play his way into Mourinho’s plans with some appearances from the bench and hard work in training.

Dele Alli lines up in his preferred centre-forward position behind Harry Kane for the first time in six months, a partnership that often brings out the best in both of them.

Heung-min Son returns to the left-wing, while Lucas takes up position on the right. We have given Lucas the nod over Bergwijn purely because the Dutch star has only recently come back from injury, while the Brazilian has been training for months.
