The Premier League have confirmed that there were no positive cases in the latest round of coronavirus tests (Express).
A total of 1,195 top flight players and club staff were tested in the sixth screening session, which took place on Thursday and Friday, and that resulted in the second all-clear.
Tottenham announced on Wednesday that they received one positive test for COVID-19 from the tests conducted at Hotspur Way.
The club stopped short of naming the individual but did reveal they were currently asymptomatic and would self-isolate for seven days, in line with Premier League protocol, before undergoing further testing.
Spurs striker Harry Kane confirmed during a television interview with Sky Sports that the person who had tested positive was a fellow player.
The news that no other Spurs player has tested positive comes as a welcome boost considering that the North Londoners return to Premier League action on June 19th with the visit of Manchester United.
