We all know Tottenham Hotspur have a longstanding interest in signing Conor Gallagher, but Chris Sutton has laid into the Chelsea man and claimed he is the biggest culprit of diving in the Premier League.

Spurs have been linked with Gallagher for the last three transfer windows now, and they appear to be pushing harder than ever to sign the Chelsea midfielder this summer.
With the Blues desperate to satisfy profitability and sustainability rules (PSR), it is thought the club would be open to selling their academy graduate as he would bring them pure profit and help to balance the books before new signings are made.
Gallagher is heading into into the final 12 months of his contract and has not been offered a new deal by Chelsea yet, and it is widely believed Spurs are leading the race to sign the 24-year-old
Does Conor Gallagher dive?
Whether Chelsea will let him go, and whether he would even join their London rivals remains to be seen. But, Spurs should be wary of one thing, according to Chris Sutton.
On BBC’s 606 show, Sutton said: “Tell you what? A bit of a different simulation game. We are at the end of the season. We put out there on social media, we wanted to know who was the biggest diver of the season. It was the con man, Conor Gallagher. Numerous occasions there. I have got to call him out.
“The con man won the trophy, Chelsea have won something this season, the trophy you don’t want to win, you are a great player, just stay on your feet, Conor Gallagher. The winner of this season’s (simulation game). You are so much better than that, Conor Gallagher, so much better.”

Spurs Web Opinion
I have to say I haven’t noticed Gallagher diving more than any other player really. Unfortunately, simulation is such a big part of the game these days and it really needs to stop.
Either way, Gallagher’s game is far more than just diving, and he would still be a decent signing for us.
