Pundit noticed ‘worrying’ conversations between Spurs players in Wolves defeat

Jamie O’Hara has revealed that he was concerned with an interaction between Hugo Lloris and Harry Kane during Tottenham’s defeat to Wolves.

Spurs suffered their third consecutive Premier League defeat and second of the week as they were beaten 2-0 by the Midlands outfit on Sunday.

After a lethargic display against Southampton in midweek, Spurs failed to show much improvement, as goals from Raul Jimenez and Leander Dendoncker ensured a damaging result for Antonio Conte’s ambitions to reach the Champions League.

But midway through the encounter, former Spurs midfielder O’Hara claims he noticed a ‘worrying’ conversation occurring between captain Lloris and Kane as Wolves were emerging for the second half.

Speaking on Astro SuperSport (13/02/22 – 15:00), O’Hara said: “Just looking at those pictures there. That looks a bit worrying to me.

“Harry Kane and Hugo Lloris get them together but it looks like they’re having conversations on their own. It doesn’t look right to me.”

Tottenham will look to try and address their free-falling form next Saturday, but will have it all to do as they travel to runaway Premier League leaders Manchester City.

Spurs Web Opinion

Tottenham have hit a pretty big blip and it’s not the best time to do so considering they just had two winnable league games at home. There is a lot of football left to play, but something needs changing to prevent teams from pulling away from Spurs, which could quite easily happen.
