Tottenham Hotspur have gone into the break at 0-0 away to Watford in the Premier League today, with neither side having too many clear-cut chances.
Mourinho named Lucas Moura as his striker today, with Heung Min Son operating from the wide left position, although neither have been able to test Ben Foster too much.
Young Japhet Tanganga has been targeted by the Hornets at left-back, as he struggles to perform on his weak foot, on a yellow card, and without much help from Son.
While Spurs are first to the vast majority of second balls and have enjoyed some good possession, they lack a focal point up front to base their attacks around.
Aurier and Son have found some decent crossing positions, but with nothing much to aim for in the middle, they have gone to waste.
Lucas had the best chance of the half for Spurs when he was sent clear by Dele, but Foster did well to save.
Some Spurs fans have reacted to the first half display:

Stop saying we should sign a striker a rb or cb, what we really need is Liverpool’s player called “VAR” after that Caopue foul and handball
