Some Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to react to the reports that Fabio Paratici is looking to replace Nuno Espirito Santo with Antonio Conte.
This comes after Tutto Mercato Web reported this morning that Tottenham were once again interested in the services of Conte.
The Lilywhites were linked with a move for the Italian manager in the summer before Nuno was eventually hired, but talks between Conte and Spurs came to an abrupt halt.
The new report from TMW claims that Tottenham could reach an agreement with Conte as early as the ‘next few hours’ as they are currently ‘working to close’ the deal. Paratici is reportedly hyping up the deal and ‘betting strongly’ on the former Chelsea boss.
Tottenham were thoroughly defeated by an out-of-form Man United in third gear yesterday in North London, kickstarting these rumours of a potential Nuno replacement.
However, few Tottenham fans on social media believed the Conte links:

Spurs Web Opinion:
I have to say I am with the majority here. This is either a claim with no substance at all, or it is an attempt for Conte’s team to push Man United into sacking Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. I can’t see Conte joining a hopeless Spurs mid-way through a season.
