Red Devils legend names one of the Spurs players he would love to see at Man United

Tottenham Hotspur came unstuck against Manchester United last night in the Premier League at Old Trafford, Jose Mourinho’s first dropped points since taking over at Spurs.

This sent the Red Devils leapfrogging the Lilywhites in the Premier League table, with the likes of Kane, Son, and Lucas struggling to have any impact on the game last night.

This would have come as a surprise to many as Heung Min Son, in particular, has been on fire for Spurs again this season under Pochettino and now Mourinho.

The South Korean has played in 19 matches, scoring nine and assisting eight goals. Five of his strikes have come in the Champions League, while he boasts almost a goal involvement every game (Transfer Markt).

Man United legend, Peter Schmeichel, has now named Sonny as one of the players he would love to see at his old club, although he admitted there were others he would take too.

He said (Amazon Prime – 04/12/2019 at 18:30 pm – as relayed by Football London): “I would love to see him [at Old Trafford].

“Yeah I know [there’s quite a few I would have from Spurs].

“He is an incredible player. It really is difficult to understand how good he is.”
