Harry Redknapp has warned this Tottenham Hotspur players that they face a tough test at Hull City this evening.

Redknapp is eager for his players to build on the opening day victory against Liverpool with another positive result at the KC Stadium.

The Spurs boss said: “To beat Liverpool was a great start for us, but it’s where you go from there that counts.

“I remember when I was at Portsmouth we beat Manchester United one week and then a few days later lost by four at Watford, who were bottom of the table. We have a tough test at Hull and then another at West Ham on Sunday.

“We improved our away results towards the end of the season and had a decent run, but we’ve got to start the season with that sort of form by going away and picking up some results.

“Phil Brown is a terrific coach who has them well organised, so it will be a tough place to go, the crowd are very passionate, but it is a game I believe we have a big chance in.”
