Harry Redknapp admits that Tottenham need to spend if they are to qualify for the Champions League again.
Redknapp believes Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City are virtually assured a top three finish, leaving Tottenham to battle it out with Liverpool and Arsenal for fourth.
“I want to get back in the Champions League but that’s going to be difficult because three places are already taken probably. I can see a scrap between ourselves, Arsenal and Liverpool,” he said.
“But we do need to get one or two in there if we are going to challenge.”
