Harry Redknapp has claimed he wants to bring in another goalkeeper to give his Tottenham squad ‘more security’.
With Spurs about to embark on the first Champions League campaign, the Spurs boss is keen to bolster his numbers.
Redknapp has Heurelho Gomes as his number one currently, whilst Carlo Cudicini has returned from his motorcycle injuries and David Button is set to go out on loan.
Croatian stopper, Stipe Pletikosa has been heavily linked with Spurs for the past year, and Redknapp has hinted that a move might happen.
“That’s a possibility, we’re looking to take a loan there.
“I’ve got Gomes and I’ve got Carlo, which is good, but the young lad David Button is going out on loan so I feel we need three keepers.”
