Report: 23-year-old linked with Spurs wanted by clubs in all of Europe’s top five leagues

According to a report from Foot Mercato, Tottenham Hotspur have to beat out considerable competition from all across Europe if they wish to complete a deal for Sassuolo winger, Jeremie Boga.

Boga has enjoyed far and away the best season of his career since completing a move from Chelsea last summer.

He has notched up eleven goals and four assists in 29 Serie A outings so far this season (transfermarkt.com), proving that he has a sufficient end product.

Tottenham have reportedly expressed their interest in bringing the former Chelsea star back to England (CalcioMercato).

Foot Mercato now report that clubs in England, Spain, Italy, Germany, and France are all tracking the 23-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window.

The report suggests that Sassuolo need to raise cash due to their financial problems as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Serie A side are said to be willing to cash in on Boga for €30 million (£27m).

Spurs Web Opinion

The links to the likes of Willian, Jeremie Boga, and Allan Saint-Maximin are quite interesting as it suggests that Jose wants to add one more wide player to the squad. All of the wingers we are being linked with are direct players who like running with the ball and taking people on.
