Report: AC Milan hold meeting with agent of rumoured Spurs target

CalcioMercato have revealed that AC Milan are eyeing a move for rumoured Tottenham Hotspur target Sasa Kalajdzic.

Kalajdzic had an impressive campaign for Stuttgart, netting 16 goals and registering 6 assists in 33 Bundesliga appearances last season.

The striker, who is currently at the European Championship with Austria, has reportedly been identified by Tottenham as a replacement for Carlos Vinicius, who has returned to Benfica after the end of his loan spell.

Fussball Transfers also claimed back in April that Spurs had knocked on Stuttgart’s door to enquire about the striker.

However, if Calcio Mercato are to be believed, Milan could look to steal a march on the North Londoners for Kalajdzic.

The report explains that the Rosenneri have identified the 23-year-old as an option to bolster their frontline.

The Italian giants are said to have held a meeting with the striker’s agent to discuss a potential move, with Milan now said to be ‘exploring’ if a deal can be done.
