According to reports from Italy, AC Milan have now entered the race to sign Real Betis striker Loren Moron, who is also reported to be on Tottenham’s radar.

La Razon revealed back in March that Jose Mourinho is a fan of the 26-year-old and was considering to bring the striker to North London this summer.

It was initially reported that Betis could demand around €60million for the Spaniard but Estadio Deportivo revealed last week that the inflated asking price is merely a negotiating tactic from the La Liga side and that they will reduce the fee  in the coming months.

Il Milanista now report that Milan have identified Moron as the man to bolster their forward line next season.

The report claims that the Italian giants are battling it out with Spurs and Napoli for the Betis star’s signature.

If Moron is on our radar, my guess is that he is probably pretty low down in the list of strikers we are targeting. He doesn’t fit the bill of what we need upfront and his price tag seems fairly high in comparison to the other strikers we have been linked with.
