Report: Agents of French international has contacted Spurs over potential deal

According to German outlet Kicker, Corentin Tolisso’s representatives have contacted Tottenham Hotspur regarding a potential transfer.

Tolisso has fallen down the pecking order at the Allianz Arena, with the midfielder having made just four appearances in the Bundesliga so far this campaign and starting just one.

The 27-year-old was linked with a move to Spurs during the summer transfer window, with the possibility of a swap deal with Tanguy Ndombele being mooted.

Calciomercato reported last month that the French international has decided not to renew his contract with Bayern, which runs out next summer, and that Fabio Paratici has made contact with the player’s entourage over a potential move to North London.

Sky Germany revealed last week that the 27-year-old was expected to leave the Allianz Arena on a free when his contract runs out in the summer.

According to Kicker’s update, Tolisso’s agent has now reached out to both Spurs and Inter Milan regarding a move.

The report does not specify if a January move is on the cards for the midfielder or if the parties are talking about a move next summer.

Spurs Web Opinion

Tolisso could be a decent squad player and could be a smart addition, especially if he is available on a free transfer. However, the 27-year-old’s injury record would be a matter of concern. I am not convinced that the Frenchman will be anywhere near the top of Conte’s wishlist.
