The news was broken yesterday that Kieran Trippier is set for a medical with Atletico Madrid ahead of a move to the Spanish side this summer (Football London).
This comes after the England right-back had somewhat of a disappointing season for the Lilywhites last time out, contrasting to his class World Cup display.
Spurs will be left with Serge Aurier and Kyle Walker-Peters at right-back, with Juan Foyth a potential option and Eric Dier as cover.
Marca have now revealed the finer details of the Trippier deal:
Trippier has apparently already agreed a four-year contract with the Spanish club.
The Spurs right-back will fetch a fee in the region of €30 million this transfer window.
Tripps will arrive in Madrid on either Tuesday or Wednesday morning to undergo a medical with Atletico.
The player will then join straight up with the club’s pre-season training camp out in Los Angeles to meet his new teammates.
It is thought that Trippier will compete with Santiago Aras for the first-team starting spot at right-back next season.
