According to HITC, Tottenham Hotspur are continuing to eye a move for Semih Kiliscoy but the Lilywhites face plenty of competition for the Besiktas wonderkid, with Arsenal one of the clubs ahead of them in the race.

Kiliscoy has won many admirers since breaking into Besiktas’ first-team last year, with the striker scoring 11 goals and providing three assists in 23 league games in 2023-24 (Transfermarkt).
HITC have now suggested that the 18-year-old could be on his way to England this summer, with a whole host of Premier League clubs now plotting a move for the teenager.
The report says that Spurs have been joined in the race for the centre-forward by Newcastle United and Manchester United, who have all enquired about his availability but it is Arsenal and Manchester City who are currently thought to be at the front of the queue for the youngster.

The outlet says that scouts from many of those clubs see Kiliscoy as a ‘special talent’ and are keen to be the ones to secure his services.
The publication adds that the Turkey Under-21 international also has admirers outside England, with Paris Saint-Germain, Monaco, Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen and Real Madrid all keeping an eye on the player.
It is alleged that Besiktas would be willing to listen to offers for the striker and they are thought to value him at around £22m.

£22m seems a relatively low price if it is true that so many clubs around Europe are desperate to land Kiliscoy. Besiktas would be hoping that a bidding war ensues for the youngster so that his price gets pushed up to around the £30m mark.
