According to Dynamo Kyiv Inside (27/08/22 – as relayed by Football24.ua), Tottenham Hotspur target Illya Zabarnyi is set to join a club in London over the coming days.

Japhet Tanganga has been linked with a move away from the club over recent days, with AC Milan thought to be leading the race for the Spurs academy graduate (CalcioMercato).
If the 23-year-old does depart, Spurs could turn their attention towards Zabarnyi, who enjoyed a breakthrough season at Dynamo Kyiv in 2021/22 and has established himself as a mainstay in the Ukrainian national side.
Football.London’s Alasdair Gold said on his YouTube channel two weeks ago that the 19-year-old is someone Tottenham like and the North London club could turn their attention towards the teenager before the transfer window closes.
If Dynamo Kyiv Inside’s latest update is to be believed, an offer from an unnamed London side has been accepted. It is alleged that the centre-back is expected to complete a move to the UK’s capital over the coming days.

If the report is true, then there is a good chance that Spurs are the club in question as it has been reported widely this summer that Paratici has scouted Zabarnyi.
