According to Tuttomercatoweb, Bournemouth have now entered the race to sign Juventus midfielder Manuel Locatelli, who is rumoured to be on Tottenham’s radar.

Tottenham want a new midfielder
A number of sources have revealed over recent days that Ange Postecoglou’s men are expected to bring another midfielder through the door before the transfer window shuts (Michael Bridge – GiveMeSport).
Earlier this week, JuveLive revealed that Spurs had set their sights on Locatelli, who is not expected to be a key part of Thiago Motta’s plans at Turin.
The report suggested that the Italy international would be open to a move to the Lilywhites, who were alleged to be ready to pay €24m plus add-ons for the player.

Bournemouth enter race for Locatelli
TMW have now claimed that the Cherries are also considering an ambitious move for Locatelli in the final weeks of the transfer window.
However, it is explained that the former AC Milan star is unlikely to greenlight a switch to the Vitality Stadium at this stage.
Interestingly, the publication adds that Motta might also want to keep the experienced midfielder as a squad player at the Allianz Stadium.
Spurs Web Opinion
There is no doubt that Tottenham would be a much more attractive destination for Locatelli than Bournemouth but there is very little concrete evidence to suggest that Spurs are seriously considering a move for the Italian.
However, it does seem like Spurs want another midfielder before the transfer window shuts.
