According to reports in the British press, Tottenham will spend a considerable amount on new recruits in the summer, after two transfer windows of complete inactivity.
Some reports claim that Pochettino will have as much as £150 million available to revamp the squad, apart from the fee that is earned through player sales.
While some positions like full back and center midfield are likely to be priorities, Tottenham are also looking to add attacking talent to the squad.
Among the players Spurs have been linked with is Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser. The wide man, who has been a consistent performer for the Cherries over the last few years, has had a fantastic season in which he has scored 8 goals and assisted 13 others.
According to a report in The Sun on Sunday (21/4; page 62), Eddie Howe’s side could be willing to let the 25-year-old go if they receive an offer of £15 million.
The Scottish international is reportedly also attracting interest from Newcastle.
While some fans would consider the signing underwhelming, £15m represents great value for money in the current transfer climate.
