Report claims decision has been made on future of Ryan Sessegnon

Football London have reported that a decision has already been made on the future of Tottenham’s Ryan Sessegnon, with the club wanting to keep him in North London next season.

The report claims that Spurs still have high hopes for the youngster, especially after his impressive loan season with Hoffenheim last time out.

Sessegnon managed 29 games for the German outfit across all competitions, scoring two and assisting three while mainly playing as a left-back or left-wing-back (TransferMarkt).

Football London even claim that Nuno Espirito Santo attempted to bring the Englishmen to Wolves on multiple occasions and is excited to work with the former Fulham man.

The report adds that Spurs have the option to play Sessegnon at left-back, left-wing-back in a back three or even in an attacking role, which he has experience in doing during his Fulham days.

Spurs Web Opinion:

I would expect Spurs to go to a back three at times next season, with Ben Davies tucking in as a left-centre-back and Reguilon and Sessegnon alternating as the left-wing-back option.
