Report claims Harry Kane has made a decision on his Tottenham future

Darren Lewis has written in his column for The Daily Mirror that Harry Kane has decided that he wants to leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

There have been some reports over the last week suggesting that Kane is open to signing a new contract with Tottenham (GiveMeSport).

However, Fabrizio Romano revealed on Monday that the North London club have put Kane’s future on the backburner for the moment as they first want to sort out their managerial situation (CaughtOffside).

While offering a passionate defence of Conte this week, Lewis also wrote in the Mirror that Kane’s days at N17 could be numbered.

The journalist claims that the 29-year-old has already decided that he wants out of his boyhood club in the summer.

He asserts that with the striker not likely to sign a new deal, Spurs will either have to decide whether to cash in on him or risk losing him for free in 2024.

The writing has been on the wall for Conte for quite a while, which is why I do not think Kane’s future at Tottenham will be influenced by the Italian’s.

However, the 29-year-old will want to see if the club manage to get into the top four and who replaces Conte at the helm, before deciding if he wants to commit his future to the club.
